In this Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”), “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Capital Prime Funding Corp., its affiliates, suppliers, and any unrelated entities contributing to the look, feel and/or content of the Service. “You” and “your” refer to the person(s) utilizing the “How much is my home worth?” service (the “Service”).


By using the Service, data available from the Service, and/or any related services, you agree to all of the following:

    The Service may be used solely for your own personal use. Subject to the terms of this Agreement set forth below, you are permitted to copy information obtained from the Service in order to view, save, print, fax or e-mail it. We reserve the right to change this Agreement by posting an amended version on the Service. Your use of the Service after the posting of such changes will constitute your agreement thereto. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
  2. Restrictions.
    You may not remove or modify any copyright, servicemark, trademark, or any other intellectual property that appears on the Service. You may not use information acquired through the Service for resale, service bureau, time-sharing, or any similar purpose. You may not use the Service in any way that is unlawful or harms us or any other user.

  5. LIABILITY LIMITATION; EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.

    When you access the Service through www.Chase.com you are also subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of that site (“Terms”). To the extent there is any inconsistency between those Terms and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
